Friday's Presentation

Friday was the day that I had to put the pedal to the metal because it was presentation time. Personally I don't feel as if I'm talented in the verbal skills section but last week I believe that I did fairly well. I spoke about my experience here so far at Harlem Live and in the process of doing so every one was giving me the "speak up" signal and it surprised me. Getting stuck for a moment was a chance to think so I wouldn't come off incorrect but once I began again, I was on track with out any hesitations and just presenting how I feel. It was some what new to me because I always spoke exactly how I felt instead of trying to present myself knowledgeable. It was a fun experience, I don't know if I seemed nervous but i sure was; I just went in there with the mentality like "whats the worst that could happen?" I speak louder now so I could become accustom to speaking in front of an audiance more comfortably than I am. With the work of HL it's going to get done.
